What We Do

Our Mission

The Regents Park Homeowners Association was formed in 1987.  The Board of Trustees of the HOA exists for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of Regents Park, including maintaining the common elements which include the front entrance wall and the street signs throughout the development; maintaining a forum for discussion of matters of zoning, public safety and welfare affecting residents of the development; responding to complaints regarding violations of the covenants; and, promoting a social exchange between members through activities of a social, cultural or civic nature. 

2021 Highlights

• Events

  • Christmas Eve Luminaria - The entire neighborhood was filled with around 1500 candle-lit luminaria. It is beatiful to witness. Check is out on 12/24 this year as well beginning at dusk!

• Front entrance renovations:

  • New sprinkling system installed

  • New plants and Lanscaping

  • New LED lighting installed

  • Stone wall cleaned and letters repainted
